Polished Plaster comes in a container of 18kgs (40 Lbs)) by volume. To use it, you need to first mix it with distilled water in a ratio of 2:1 (2 parts product, 1 part water) until the right consistency is achieved. Then as per the desired color code, you will need to mix in the colorants (As per formulation). Once the paste is consistent and thorough, use your tools to apply it on suggested surfaces (surfaces and preparation are mentioned in Product guidelines).
Arrcoat's Polished Plaster is a natural mineral material composed of hydrated, hydroxil, fat lime extracted at 93% purity, and crushed marble that is mixed with special additives to control working characteristics. Although essentially the same composi- tion, the three base powders PP100, PP200, PP300 are made-up of different proportions and colors of crushed marble powders. This means a range of natural stone-colored finishes can be achieved without the addition of any pigment.
